What better way to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary than with raw honey and raspberries. This dry framboise was fermented with lactobacillus and raspberries and aged in French Oak barrels for 8 months. It’s a wonderfully complex mixture of tart, sour, acidic and jammy tastes.
